Request deletion of your account data

This page applies to products and services provided by Squincy. If you want your account and associated personal data deleted, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  2. In your email, include the phone number or email address linked to your account and your full name so we can locate your records.
  3. State clearly that you want your account and personal data deleted.
  4. We may contact you to verify account ownership before deletion to protect your data from unauthorized requests.

Data we delete

  • Profile details such as name, account email, and account phone number.
  • App account settings and account preferences.
  • User-generated operational records linked to your account where deletion is technically and legally permitted.

Data we may retain

  • Security logs and audit trail records retained for up to 90 days after account deletion for abuse prevention and system integrity.
  • Records required by law, regulation, tax, dispute resolution, or legitimate business compliance obligations.
  • De-identified or aggregated analytics data that cannot reasonably identify you.

Processing timeline

After successful verification, we target completion of deletion requests within 30 days. If additional time is required due to legal, technical, or operational constraints, we will notify you through email.
