Job Description:
Seeking a self-motivated UI/UX Designer to elevate our existing Web and Mobile App experiences. Your mission: streamline the UI to meet future objectives and delight our users.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability tests
- Audit and optimize current UI for better user engagement
- Partner with cross-functional teams for implementation
- Innovate user onboarding processes, analyzing behavioral metrics for optimization
- Ensure meticulous quality, down to the last pixel
Skills and Qualifications:
- Completed at least 10 UI/UX projects for existing Web or Mobile Apps (excluding websites, brochures, and mockups)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Deep understanding of modern web UI principles
- Hands-on experience in user onboarding and behavior analytics
- Self-starter with the discipline to work independently
- Exceptional attention to detail
